Besides the refreshing starter of Oyster & Salmon Roe or Crabmeat Mango Salsa Salad, more choices include the Pan-seared Scallop and Foie Gras with Port Wine Sauce. The new entrée option is the Poached Sea Bass with califlower purée and lemon caper sauce. THe menu finishes with the vibrant Petit Rouge, a raspberry mousse cake and raspberry sorbet.
